Project: BESTSELLER Logistics Centre West, a 155,000 m² logistics facility in Lelystad, the Netherlands. The project is designed as Europe’s largest mass-timber logistics centre, combining warehouses, offices, automation facilities, a roof terrace, restaurant and garden. It uses mass timber, straw-based wall panels, a green roof and extensive landscape areas to support biodiversity and lower-carbon construction.
